Mr. Surachai Liengboonlertchai, first Vice-president of the National Legislative Assembly of the Kingdom of Thailand leads a delegation to IEECAS on April 26th, 2015. Prof. Liye Xiao, the director of IEECAS, and Prof. Tao Song, the deputy director of IEECAS attended the reception. After a warm welcome speech from Prof. Xiao, Prof. Song briefly introduced the current research progress of the institute. Mr. Surachai Liengboonlertchai first thanks for the reception. He point out the purpose of this visit was to study the advanced technology, related policies and practical experiences in the energy field in China. He hope Thailand and China could strengthen the cooperation in the field of wind power, solar power, energy storage, smart-grid and electric drive technology for EV. Then the experts who are engaged in the development of wind and solar technologies, system design and project development from both sides had carried out discussion on topics of common interests.
