On March 15, 2013, The French Embassy organized three famous PV experts from the national institute and research centers visited the laboratory of renewable energy technology of IEECAS. Prof.Xu Honghua attended the meeting.
At first, the experts from both sides introduced the research progress and engineering projects which have been completed respectively and then they exchange ideas and views on issues of common concerns. They also visited the lab of solar cells after the meeting.
The three PV experts are Prof.Philippe Malbranche who works at CEA-INES (Institut National de l’Energie Solaire, Le Bourget du Lac, France), Prof. Daniel LINCOT who sever as the director of the Institute for Research and Development of Photovoltaic Energy, and Mr.Yvonnick Durand who is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Energy Agency Photovoltaic Power System Programme.
